Pillar Collective was established in 2025 under the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel Belize as a community-focused organization committed to developing healthy people—inside and out.

Our vision is to be a source of strength and support to the community by fostering holistic development across five key pillars of health: Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, Relational and Physical.

We believe that when these pillars are strengthened, individuals flourish, families stabilize, and communities prosper.

Pillar Collective engages the community primarily through sports, leadership development, mentorship programs, and community initiatives. Through these platforms, we create safe spaces for youth engagement, positive mentorship, and character development.

We operate with a commitment to:

· Inclusion across age, gender, and socioeconomic status

· Partnership with local churches, businesses, and civic leaders

· Sustainable and replicable development models

· Empowerment of local leadership
